ECB terminology

Professional, or body representing a group of professionals, authorised to receive funds in exchange for the delivery of goods or services and has established an agreement with a credit institution for accepting such funds (means of payment). A merchant may operate a server (merchant’s server), which may enable a customer to choose a means of payment and which stores the transaction for ultimate compensation.
