Definition: Use table at purchasers' prices

A use table at purchasers' prices consists of a set of product balances covering all products available in an economy arranged in the form of a rectangular matrix with the products, valued at purchasers' prices, appearing in the rows and the columns indicating the disposition of the products to various types of uses (§ 14.13).
