Population censuses
Insertion of an artificial but plausible value on a specific topic into a data record that already exists in a data source but either does not contain this value or contains a value that is considered implausible (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/881).
Insertion of artificial but plausible information into a data record where the data record already exists in a data source but does not contain this information (Commission Regulation (EU) No 1151/2010).
