Goods procured in ports covers goods (e.g., fuels, provision, stores, and supplies) procured by residents/ non-residents carriers' abroad/in the compiling economy. Excluded are related services provided (e.g., towing, storage, maintenance, etc). These are recorded under other transportation services.
