Postal statistics

Letter-post item refers to addressed letters, postcards, other printed papers (newspapers, periodicals, catalogues, etc), small packets, literature for the blind ("phonopost" items, etc.), commercial papers, samples of merchandise, etc. 

It excludes parcels.
