ESSPROS Manual

Miscellaneous goods and services provided to survivors to enable them to take part in community life; these include reductions in prices, tariffs, fares and so on for widows, widowers, and orphans if expressly granted for social protection.

This definition is identical in versions 1996, 2008 and 2011 of the Manual.
