Definition: Private schemes for employees
Private schemes for employees are social protection schemes organised (but not necessarily run) by employers for their employees, former employees and their dependants.
Two groups are distinguished:
(i) Contractual private schemes for employees;
(ii) Non-contractual private schemes for employees.
