Definition: Unquoted shares excluding mutual funds shares

"Unquoted shares excluding mutual funds shares" consists of all transactions in unquoted shares excluding mutual funds shares. Shares cover beneficial interest in the capital of corporations in the form of securities, which in principle are negotiable. Unquoted shares cover those shares that are not quoted.
